Well, I got a little bit of spending money from selling stuff on eBay, and I want to buy an IO PPs-43 Pistol.
But, I have 3 concerns 1. Is ammo easy to find? 2. Are these any good? I heard they are complete dogsh*t if you use surplus ammo in them. Is that true? 3. Are these pistols C&R eligible?

Not to long ago the ammo was super cheap but it is a dead caliber and the surplus is drying up. New production is like $20 a box.
Don't know if they are good our not. On the plus side they were not built by century but they were open bolt machine guns converted to closed bolt semi autos. Because these were machine guns in rifle form and converted to semi auto pistols I doubt they are C&R

I have one, have shot it but not extensively. I did use surplus Romanian ammo. The ammo was cheap a few years ago but is drying up and prices are rising.

Id definitely buy one..they shoot flawlessly. The ammo is certainly more of a concern now than it used to be.
