Default Need some appraisal help

Howdy, all. I'm trying to help a buddy at work sell a custom M-N he has, and we're looking for some input on what to ask. It's an Izhevsk 91/30 modded into a "marksman" rifle, I guess you would call it. It has a Belarussian scope, milled-down factory sights, and custom stock. What say you?

The mods really hurt that in my view... I hate to throw a number out on that.
