Default Best Lever Action?

I am wanting to buy a lever action in .45lc. I dont want to spend big bucks so I want to keep with the cheaper ones. But which is the best among the cheaper? I was looking at marlin but the marlin is known to jam.

I have a Winchester 92 rifle in .45 Colt, works great, smooth action, accurate.. but hardly inexpensive.

First, I do love my Henrys and actually they are not overly expensive (45 Long Colt NIB for between $600 & $700 retail and can be found for a bit less). However, I also own a Marlin 1895 in .44 Magnum that I use for thick woods deer hunting and have never had a jam or any complaint whatsoever. I'd gladly purchase another Marlin product but likewise I don't think you'd go wrong with a Winchester (most expensive of these three) if you chose either over a Henry.
